What are your shipping policies?

Please see our Returns Policy for details on returning or exchanging fabrics. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Answer 
We aim to ship most orders same-day, if the order is placed during our regular business hours. If your order is not shipped on the same day it is placed, it will most likely be shipped within the next two business days depending on demand.
If we are waiting for you to complete a PayPal request for your shipping cost, your order will remain on hold until the request is complete.
If you have any questions about the timeline for your specific order, please do not hesitate to call or email us for an update.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Do you offer fast shipping?

Answer 
Yes, just leave us a note at checkout with the speed you will like and we will find you the best shipping rate that matches your requirements.

Will you do combined shipping if I place multiple orders?

Answer 
Yes, we reserve the right to combine shipments going to the same address and same recipient unless a customer states otherwise at checkout. We understand that sometimes you may place an order too fast and may need to create additional orders, by combining shipments we are ensuring you get the best shipping rate possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! We're happy to work with customers around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location, package weight, and dimensions.
Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping rates and may be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you’d like a shipping quote before we process your order, feel free to leave a note at checkout requesting it, and we’ll get in touch before charging anything. You're also welcome to use your own international shipping label; just let us know when you check out, and we’ll provide your order’s weight and dimensions once it’s packed.

How are the shipping fees calculated?

All shipping charges are calculated upon the completion of the order as the actual weight may vary based upon the fabrics and the size of the shipment. We have negotiated discounts with both FedEx and UPS to provide you with multiple options. Some locations, like Hawaii and Alaska, may find that USPS provides the best rates. We check with all carriers to get you the best rate. For orders weighing more than 200 pounds, we usually advise shipping by truck due to cost savings.
Several factors go into how shipping carriers determine fees -
  1. Weight and Dimensions of Your Order: Shipping carriers charge based on the total weight and size of your package. Larger and heavier orders may result in higher shipping fees.
  2. Destination: The shipping cost also depends on where your order is being delivered. International shipments and shipments to distant or rural areas may have higher fees. Residential addresses may also have higher fees.
  3. Shipping Method: The shipping method you choose (standard, expedited, etc.) will impact the cost. Faster delivery options typically cost more.
We use real-time shipping rates from our carriers to ensure you're charged the most accurate and cost-effective rate possible.

How do I know my shipping cost before checking out?

Because we work with a wide variety of fabric types and order sizes, it's difficult to provide an exact shipping cost at checkout. Shipping rates depend on the final weight and dimensions of your packed order, as well as whether the destination is a residential or commercial address. For that reason, we calculate your shipping after your order has been packed to ensure we’re getting you the most accurate and cost-effective rate possible.
We never mark up shipping costs, you pay only what we’re charged. We calculate the most accurate and cost-effective rate after your order is packed, so you get the best deal possible.
If you'd like to approve the shipping cost before we charge you, simply leave a note in the comment box at checkout saying, "Please contact me with shipping cost before charging." We’ll reach out with the details and wait for your approval before processing payment.
Prefer to use your own shipping labels? That’s perfectly fine too! Just let us know during checkout, and once your order is packed, we’ll provide you with the weight and dimensions so you can generate your own label.
